Refund policy
What you get back if you cannot come, and how to ask for it.
The short version
- Cancel by
- 24 hours before the show starts
- You get back
- Part of what you paid — the exact amount is shown before you confirm
Who can cancel
Any ticket that has been paid for, up to 24 hours before its show begins. After that the seat can no longer be resold, so it cannot be refunded.
A booking that was never paid for needs no cancelling — the seats are released on their own, and nothing was charged.
How much comes back
Part of the ticket price, not all of it. Taking the booking has a cost whether or not you come, and that part is not returned.
For example — 2 tickets
- You paid
- Nu. 698.00
- Refund
- Nu. 300.00
Your own figure is worked out from what you actually paid and is shown before you confirm anything.
How to ask
- Open Cancel Ticket and enter your ticket number with the mobile number the booking was made with. Both are needed: the number alone would let anyone cancel somebody else's ticket.
- You will see the booking and exactly what would come back before you confirm anything.
- Confirm, and the request reaches us. One request per ticket — asking twice does not make it two refunds.
- We check it and pay you back on the mobile number on the booking. The seat goes back on sale at that point.
Refunds are paid back by hand, not through the payment gateway, so they do not appear instantly on your bank statement.
If a show is cancelled
If the cinema cancels a screening, the 24-hour rule does not apply to you. Ask through the same screen and mention it in the reason, or speak to the cinema.
